Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 50€ per stay, to be paid in cash on arrival. The Check-in hours are as follows: - 12:00 to 20:00 hours. Exceptions: - Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because previous guests might leave the same day. In this case there will be a normal check-in process: keys delivery, luggage delivery, even change of clothes, but then you will be requested to leave the accommodation until the cleaning is completed, maximum 16:00 hours. As soon as it is ready, we will let you know. - For Check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash on arrival. - For Check-in from 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash on arrival. - We do not receive guests after 1:00 a.m. - Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to check in before 12 noon. Please ask in advance. Check-out time is 11.00 am. Additional Information: Pool Access: Available only from June 15th to September 15th due to seasonal changes.
